I've never had a problem with this location until today. I waited at least 10 minutes in the member lane for a car wash. Apparently, it was a free weekend, and the manager was busy signing someone up. I had to back up and switch lanes once the left lane cleared, which took a while since there was an endless stream of people coming in. I told the employee in the other lane that it didn't make sense for me to wait this long, given that the name of this car wash is QUICK Quack Car Wash. The manager should have asked the person he was signing up to back up after a few minutes so the lane could be freed up. They should also be prioritizing members over non-members on these days. The employee I spoke to apologized and said they were using both lanes to prevent traffic from backing up into the parking lot. That explanation didn't make sense to me because the lane I was in backed up that far either way.

Awesome service by the employees. The vacuums are always working, they always have everything in place. My vehicle was left nice and clean with their ceramic wash. Highly recommend

Best car wash everrr! I have never had such a pleasant experience, from the customer service to the detailing of my car. I was immediately greeted by the wonderful young lady Alexandra, she was super helpful with all of my questions and made sure i got the right treatment for my vehicle. I gotta say i will be coming back very soon and maybe even purchase a membership!! 10/10

Great experience, however, employee put 5 star rating herself while navigating through my phone. It would have been 5 stars, but it wasn’t honest. Customer should select rating.
